About TREE Leadership

TREE Leadership provides a two-tier program structure of various strategies aimed at reducing negative behaviors associated with low socioeconomic status. We provide evidence-based tactics to increase community involvement and form leaders of tomorrow. TREE is translated to Truth, Restore, Empower, Evolve. Evidence shows that a lack of education can lead to poverty. Poverty often results in increased crime and  health risks. TREE Leadership provides practical solutions to adolescents and young adults aged 12-25 to reduce the risks of reduce crime, poverty, and recidivism that reside in low socioeconomic areas of Dallas.
